Today I went to Cardio class because we are leaving at 12:30 to go to Kenny's B-Day so I could not make it to SBD.
We started out with a Tae Bo sort of warm up for about 5-10 min I would guess.
We then had 24 stations and did 2 rounds. The first round was 1 min each station and the second round was 20 seconds each station.
If I can remember all the stations it would be amazing. Lets see:
- sit ups
- standing bag (hands only)
- shuttle run
- jump rope
- standing bag (hands only)
- lats
- mountain climbers
- standing bag (hands only)
- tricep dips
- squat kicks
- standing bag (hands only)
- lunges
- push ups
- standing bag (hands only)
- cross/jab
- medicine ball twists
- standing bag (hands only)
- bicep curls
- MMA workout
- standing bag (hands only)
- side jump
- push up wheel
- standing bag (hands only)
- one leg lifts
We then went to a partner drill. They would throw hooks. You would block the first and second ones, bob the 3rd & fourth ones, then your partner would try to tackle you while you sprawled on top of them. We did that until we were told to switch. We then did the same thing again but this time when you sprawled you would spin to their back and then back to the front (a complete 360).
To finish, we did a good stretch. Sheryl gave me advice while stretching for a sitting split stretch. Keep your back straight and try to touch your belly button to the floor. I was originally, bending my back to get my head to the floor.
