Last night I started with 50 jumping jacks and then ran on the elliptical machine for 45 min. At about every 5 min I would try to sprint for 1 min straight. After that I skipped rope for 100 rotations. After that I stretched my legs a little and went to the speed bag. Since I didn't really want to work on weight training to much so I thought that would be a good option. Cardio and arm speed strength at the same time. I even worked on throwing elbows at it. 1,2,elbow. To end it I stretched my legs again really well and called it a night.
