Bow and Arrow
- One hand grabs lapel thumb up
- Other Hand grabs lapel thumb down (both not to deep, chin height)
- Push thumb down hand into throat, pull other hand towards yourself
Triangle
- From guard, get space by putting your feet into their hips
- One leg in and over their shoulder/neck while other leg locks it
- Turn towards bent knee
- Make sure their arm is across their body and pull head down while you tighten to finish it
