4/4/07 - BJJ - Mr. Stuart

Bow and Arrow

  • One hand grabs lapel thumb up
  • Other Hand grabs lapel thumb down (both not to deep, chin height)
  • Push thumb down hand into throat, pull other hand towards yourself

Triangle
  • From guard, get space by putting your feet into their hips
  • One leg in and over their shoulder/neck while other leg locks it
  • Turn towards bent knee
  • Make sure their arm is across their body and pull head down while you tighten to finish it
