Knee on Belly to Kimura
- While in knee on belly position, and the opponent tries to push your knee off of them
- push their hand to the floor cupping their wrist(for this example - their left hand)
- slip your left hand under their bicep and grab your right wrist (cupping, no thumb)
- make sure your face is away from them and paint the floor with their hand to finish
- If opponent straightens their arm to defend the Americana
- pull their arm high up to your shoulder
- Also trap it with your head like you are holding a phone with no hands
- Find their elbow and you have an arm lock
- Jump over their body (using their left arm for example)
- your left leg should be over their face holding them down and your right leg on their chest
- Use your head/side of face to trap their wrist/hand
- cup their elbow and hyperextend upwards to finish
