This afternoon in SBD we started the class with normal stretching and then worked on basic techniques.
Some of those techniques included:
- Low & high block
- Center & high punch
- Front, side, round, & back kicks
- Yuk Soo Do
- Kap kwon
- chun gul, hu gul, kee ma, & sa ko rip jaseh
A few combos we did were
- low block, reverse punch
- high block, high punch
- front kick, back kick, kap kwon, soo do
After class I went down stairs and trained a little on my own.
I ran through all my forms, did 2 sets of 20 push ups, and 10 squats. I also did a few triangle drills.
