Last night was a workout and conditioning type class
Warm Up
- Ran laps around the dojang
- Stretched
- Sit ups - legs in the air, opposite arm to opposite leg
- Squat jumps
- Duck walk 1 lap around dojang
- Front kick then hold a lunge till we were told to go back up
- Same thing with round kick, inside outside, side, etc
- Side punch then squat till we were told to go up
- And plenty of other kicks and kick combos (inside outside, step behind round/side/hook, jump front/round/side/split/back kicks)
- Blocks (low, high, inside outside, sang soo, etc)
- Punches (center, high)
- Combos (low block/center punch, high block/elbow, etc)
- In the boxes painted on the floor,
- Run up the side of the box
- Run backwards down the side of the box
- Shuffle sidewards to the other side of the box
- Wash, Rinse, Repeat
- Once you got to the end of the boxes we did 1 pushup and then side stepped over kicking shields
- After that you had to duck walk back to your line
- We did two "laps" of this
- While you were waiting your turn you had to do either push ups, jumping jacks, or crunches
