Sa Bom Nim started class out with a tae bo sort of warm up.
We did a jumping jack, jab, jumping jack, jab...
Then jumping jack, hook
We then went on to Jab, cross, hook, uppercut, switch your feet, round kick to the beat
Then we partnered up. There were two stations per group. One station was bags, the other was some sort of exercise.
On the bag work side of things we did jabs, jab/cross, jab/cross/hook, jab/cross/hook/elbow.
At the exercise station we did push ups, medicine ball trunk twists, lunges, shuttle run, squat kicks, frog leaps, one leg jumps, more shuttle runs, shoulder presses, bicep curls, push up wheel, and maybe a few others I can't think of.
To end the class we did a sit up drill with a self defense application. Partner was in our open guard and we had to do 10 sit ups like we were going to preform the guillotine (sit up reach behind and over their head). We did 5 sets of 10 reps. Oh, and on the 9th and 10th rep we actually preformed the choke.
