Skipped rope and ran again tonight. For skipping rope I did 500 rotations in 6 min. As for running, I ran another 4 blocks. I jogged 2, ran 1, jogged the last (with a 30sec sprint in the middle of the last). After I got in the house I stretched and then ate. Spinach, grapes, and water.
